There are many legendary weapons in Borderlands 3, and Unforgiven is one of the best pistols in the game. Jakobs are the ones who manufacture this amazing pistol, and it has a lot to offer. Additionally, getting Unforgiven doesn’t require any DLCs or complicated steps.
Unforgiven has the unique ability called It’s a helluva thing…, which does a lot for you as given below.
- It has a 300% increased critical hit damage and can go up to 432% if you use proper equipment.
- Additionally, critical hit bullets can bounce off to hit other enemies.
- This gun also has increased damage at the cost of a slow firing rate.
- Unforgiven has a unique relead animation.
To get the most out of this legendary gun, use it with characters like FL4K. Furthermore, it’s worth noting that Unforgiven does not come with any elements, meaning it has no elemental advantage like some other weapons in Borderlands 3.
How to get Unforgiven
You don’t have to do anything specific to get Unforgive, as it’s one of the random world drops. This can be a pain since you never know when you will get it, which is why there is a dedicated farming method for it. This method requires you to find and kill IndoTyrant, who has the following amount of chance to drop it.
- IndoTyrant has a 10% chance of dropping the Unforgiven pistol.
If you don’t know where IndoTyrant is located, you have to go to Eden-6 planet. Once you are there, head over to the northeast side of Floodmoor Basin and go to the area between the Voracious Canopy transition point and Lumberton Junction to find it.
Remember that IndoTyrant is a rare spawn, meaning this mini-boss might not spawn when you go there, so you might have to try it a few times. IndoTyrant makes unique phone ring noises, which should make it easier for you to locate and identify it.
