What is the Twister?
This shotgun is mannufactured by Jackobs and is quite unique in it’s genre:

How to get the Twister?
The easiest way and probably the only way to get the Twister is to defeat Omnd-Omnd-Ohk who is a mini-boss featured in the Big Game Hunt DLC. He’s an evolved form of Badass Savage and can be found and spawned from any Ultimate Badass Savage.
To fight Omnd-Omnd-Ohk, you need to go to the eastern part of Scylla’s Grove, wait for the Witch Doctor to level up, and then fight it.
