BUILDS FOR NISHA THE LAWBRINGER

Leveling Up
Level 1 to 32
Showdown • Balanced
PLAYSTYLE
Nisha has an incredible action skill called Showdown, during which all her stats are boosted, and she essentially gets an aimbot to take out practically anything from the game. Leveling her up to utilize her kit makes her very easy to use, and deals tons of gun damage till the end game. If you’re looking for a character that basically unlocks the “Easy Mode”, look no further from Nisha.
SOLO
Nisha doesn’t have any problem going through the entire game’s content on her own. Her action skill, affinity with gun damage, and high maneuverability make her an excellent all-around character. Most players won’t have much trouble understanding her skillset because it’s quite straightforward. Focusing on reducing the action skill cooldown can definitely help, but it happens naturally as you progress through the Fan the Hammer tree.
COOP
Similarly, having Nisha on your team basically makes the game feel trivial, she really is that strong. Even after multiple patches, Nisha can dish out serious damage, and few boss fights can stop her either. No matter what level she’s on, having her on the team means you have more room to breathe.

Sheriff
Level 50
Pistols • Showdown
PLAYSTYLE
Her action skill is easily one of the best in the entire franchise, and it’s hard to ignore it. This build focuses on her Showdown action skill, which basically enables aim-bot, as well as using pistols to do tons of gun damage.
For your game plan, you want to run in and primarily use your pistol for gun damage. Liberally make use of Showdown to get those kill skills activated, and thanks to her dual-wield ability, she can do devastating pistol damage without worrying about what she hits. While rare, if she is actually downed, you can simply switch to her rocket launcher, and get an instant revive. Outside of that, there isn’t much to do outside of just shooting your way to victory while keeping an eye on the action skill cooldown.

SOLO
As usual, Nisha is an excellent character in solo, and it’s because of her insane survivability that largely comes from direct damage. She can easily take on most bosses without breaking a sweat, and the Showdown ability makes sure that most mobs in the game pose no threat. The short cooldown is also helpful, and her natural affinity with pistols makes the dual-weilding all the more useful.
COOP
Nisha can use any support you provide her so she doesn’t have to take the occasional breather. This way she can keep shooting and activating her showdown skill. Another way to boost her overall damage is to leave small enemies for her to finish off and activate her multitude of kill skills.

Captain Nisha
Level 50
Critical • Ricochet bullets
PLAYSTYLE
This build focuses on maximizing critical, and ricochet shots instead of just spamming the Showdown skill. This build does take a bit to fully utilize perfectly, but it’s a lot of fun to play around with, especially if you want to live the gunslinger fantasy.
The game plan requires you to activate Nisha’s kill skills, which isn’t hard if you focus on taking out smaller enemies in a group, which is often the case in this game. After that, your actual aiming doesn’t matter that much because shots have a tendency to find their targets thanks to the excellent ricochet potential. It’s a really fun build that really leverages your ability to constantly finish off enemies to make you stronger, faster, and deadlier. Finally, ricochetting off enemies during Showdown will cause them to explode, leaving room for AOE (area of effect) potential.

SOLO
At level 50, this is a fantastic build for Nisha because she does tons of critical damage to thin enemy numbers fast. Simply earning kill skills will ensure that she always gains enough critical damage to keep her damage up. Additionally, her reload speed is dramatically increased thanks to multiple skills, along with her movement speed. Overall, it’s a perfect build for solo play that doesn’t punish players for not relying too much on Showdown.
COOP
Similarly, this build can be quite handy in co-op. If your teammates are doing enough damage, you can finish off enemies to activate your kill skills, earn damage bonuses that last for a while, and boost your damage tremendously. This way you’re always a useful asset to the team provided you keep an eye on the healthbars of enemies, especially the smaller ones. Nisha also gains health-regeneration for each kill.

Slot 2: Striker
Slot 3: Skullsmasher
Slot 4: Thorny Ol’ Rosie

SKILLS
Bona Fide Grit and Tombstone boost Nisha’s critical damage, while Saddle Up, Magnificent Six, Quick Shot, and Crack Shot boost her gun damage.
Trick Shot adds a massive 40% chance for bullets to ricochet off of surfaces, while The Unforgiven causes enemies to explode during Showdown, and bullets ricochet off of enemies as well.
Killing an enemy boosts movement speed and gun damage thanks to Saddle Up, while Bona Fide Grit also gives Nisha health regeneration for each kill.

Outlaw
Level 70
Jackobs • Survivabiliy
PLAYSTYLE
Everything in Nisha’s toolkit is so powerful, and it helps that she’s a gunslinging badass who doesn’t take any crap. If you want to keep things traditional and have a liking to Jakobs’ weapons, then this build is for you. It still makes use of her excellent Showdown ability, but you’ll have fun either way.
The game plan isn’t all that different from most Nisha builds. You want to get kills to activate her different damage bonuses and liberally use the Showdown to basically melt enemy and boss healthbars. There is not much to it apart from that. Nisha is a rootin’-tootin’ space cowgirl who has the gunslinging gods behind her to aid her through everything.

SOLO
This is the perfect solo build, and at level 70, you won’t find many other builds to even come close. Nisha’s damage scales exponentially the more she deals damage, and her Showdown ability allows her to activate an aimbot to pick off enemies with unbelievable accuracy. Even if she takes a few hits in the Law & Order tree has multiple skills that directly boost her health and shield even when she’s under fire.
COOP
There is no universe where having a Nisha player on your team is a bad thing, and this build is basically God Mode in most cases. The only reason to not have her on is if you want to add a self-imposed challenge. Nisha does critical, gun, elemental, explosive, and ricochet damage, all on her own. What’s more, she doesn’t need any healing support either, and you can basically sit back and watch her do her thing, or help her out by giving her more opportunities to score kills.
GEARS
Slot 1: Two Fer Luck Cannon
Slot 2: Doc’s Flayer
Slot 3: Boss Hammer Buster II
Slot 4: Laser Disker
Grenade: Homing Cryo Transfusion
Shield: Shield of Ages
MOD: High-rollin’ Crapshooter
OZ Kit: Arctic Tranquility
SKILLS
Losing 15% or more health applies an Order stack, which gives her the chance to restore health which is double the damage dealt.
Disciplines restore your shield entirely when you have 10 Order stacks, while Blood of the Guilty rewards an order stack and 15% max health upon killing an enemy.
Trick Shot adds a massive 40% chance for bullets to ricochet off of surfaces, while The Unforgiven causes enemies to explode during Showdown.

Gunslinger
Level 70
Critical • Ricochet bullets
PLAYSTYLE
This build utilizes her action skill but also makes good use of her critical damage output and ricochet potential. So you’re playing as the ultimate gunslinger who never misses, even if you wanted to.
Your game plan is simple, while showdown is inactive, your accuracy doesn’t matter all that much because most of your shots will hit different surfaces and back into enemies. This is vital because we’re going for Nisha’s dual-wielding setup that gives her a copy of her right-hand pistol. After she has gained a few kills, her kill skills will do the rest and as soon as the showdown ability is recharged, it’s basically game over for anyone in her path.

SOLO
Like most Nisha builds, this is perfect for solo play, and most players won’t have much trouble beating the entire game and beyond with this build. It leverages all her major abilities and makes her the gunslinger of death.
COOP
Similarly, Nisha’s potential as an ally is unmatched because of her extremely high gun, critical, elemental, explosive damage. Any support provided to her is appreciated because it improves her survivability, and allows her to focus on dishing out damage to everyone in her path. Additionally, Nisha also has multiple skills that directly regenerate her health, and shield so even if you let her do her thing, it’s not a problem.
