By farming the mini-boss Iwajira, you can collect around 20 Moonstones per run!
Go to Serenity’s Waste and follow the optimized route shown in the video. After defeating Iwajira, Save & Quit, then restart the process.
This is likely the best method for Moonstones. If you’re in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode (UVHM), switch to Normal Vault Hunter Mode to make this process even easier.

GUARDIAN HUNTER
Head to Vorago Solitude and accept the mission “Guardian Hunter” from Sterwin. Instead of capturing the Wraiths, continuously spawn-kill them, as they will spawn infinitely! If the game starts lagging due to the accumulating bodies, simply Save & Quit to reset the area.
TINDER SNOWFLAKE
FELICITY
If you’re tired of farming Iwajira for Moonstones, try farming Felicity instead.
She’s located in the Titan Robot Production Plant. An advantage of this mini-boss is, after defeating Felicity, you’ll find a chest room at the back of the area. You might get lucky and find some legendaries there too.
