In Borderlands 4, players can choose between four Vault Hunters: Rafa, Vex, Amon, and Harlowe, each featuring deep skill trees and unique abilities that allow for very different playstyles. Two additional Vault Hunters are already planned as part of future DLC expansions, meaning even more build possibilities will be added to the game over time. The current maximum level is 50, giving players access to 49 skill points to shape their character’s playstyle.
