The Infinite Money Barrel Glitch is the fastest way to earn money in Borderlands 3. By using a low-level weapon, you can repeatedly shoot a money barrel dropped by a Thieving Jabber, causing it to continuously drop cash without ever breaking.

How to Farm Money with the Infinite Money Barrel Glitch?

Before starting this farm, equip a low-level weapon (around level 20 or lower) to avoid destroying the money barrel.

  1. Travel to Wayward Tether in the Proving Grounds.
  2. Find one or more Thieving Jabbers carrying money barrels.
  3. Defeat every enemy, making sure not to destroy the money barrels.
  4. Once the area is clear, equip your low-level weapon.
  5. Continuously shoot one of the money barrels to make it repeatedly drop cash.

The Weapon Mail Glitch allows you to repeatedly claim the same weapon from your in-game mail, sell it, and earn unlimited money. Since the weapon never disappears from your mailbox, you can fill your inventory, sell everything, and repeat the process as many times as you like.

How to setup the Weapon Mail Glitch?

Before starting this method, make sure you have at least one unclaimed weapon in your in-game mail.

  1. Open your Mail from the Social menu.
  2. Claim one of the weapons from your mailbox.
  3. Switch to the ECHOcast tab.
  4. Return to the Mail tab.
  5. Claim the same weapon again.
  6. Repeat until your inventory is full.
  7. Sell all of the duplicated weapons, then repeat the process for unlimited money.

TIPS

  • The ECHOcast is not on Switch, so this method won’t work if you’re playing on Switch console.

What is the Slaughter Shaft Farm?

The Slaughter Shaft is one of the best endgame farming activities in Borderlands 3. While clearing each round, you’ll earn a large amount of money, legendary gear, and Eridium, making it an excellent all-around farming method.

Most of your money will come from selling the legendary weapons and other high-value gear that drop throughout the activity. By repeatedly farming the final round, you can quickly fill your inventory before selling everything at the nearby vending machines.

How to setup the Slaughter Shaft Farm?

  1. Travel to Konrad’s Hold on Pandora.
  2. Accept the repeatable The Slaughter Shaft mission from Boney.
  3. Complete the first four rounds as normal.
  4. During the fifth round, leave at least one enemy alive before defeating Titan.
  5. Kill Titan, collect his loot and Eridium, then Fast Travel back to the Slaughter Shaft entrance.
  6. Activate the mission again to restart the fifth round.
  7. Fill your inventory with legendary gear, sell everything at the vending machines, and repeat the process.

TIPS

  • Sell the legendary gear you don’t need, as it provides the majority of the money earned from this farm.
  • The vending machines are located just outside the arena, allowing you to sell your loot without leaving the map.
  • Titan always drops 500 Eridium, making this an excellent farm for both money and Eridium.
  • Enable Mayhem 11 if your build is strong enough to maximize both the quality and quantity of the loot that drops.
