REVENGE OF THE CARTELS
Start by activating Revenge of the Cartels event from the main menu. Visit Maurice on Sanctuary to obtain the mission “Revenge of the Cartels II: The Revengening” and collect the Decoder Rings.
Then, go to Villa Ultraviolet, when you get to Joey Ultraviolet, don’t kill him. Instead, focus on eliminating the mini-bosses, then either fast-travel back in or let yourself die. Re-enter the boss room to see the mini-bosses respawned. Rinse and repeat!

THE SLAUGHTER SHAFT
One of the best loot farming methods is at The Slaughter Shaft on Pandora.
Accept the repeatable mission “The Slaughter Shaft” from Boney. To farm the 5th round effectively, make sure to leave one enemy alive after you kill Titan. Then, Fast Travel back to The Slaughter Shaft, and all the enemies will respawn.

GRAVEWARD
Farming the Graveward boss is excellent for loot farming!
Located in The Floating Tomb on Eden-6, this spot has several advantages. The map is small, you spawn right in front of the boss room entrance, and there are vending machines behind you to sell unwanted equipment or buy ammo.
