What is the Infinite Money Glitch?
The Infinite Money Glitch is one of the fastest ways to reach the maximum money cap in Borderlands 2. By exploiting the End of the Rainbow quest during the Clan War questline, you can permanently glitch one of the loot stashes, allowing it to be opened an unlimited number of times for infinite cash.
Although the glitch must be set up again after saving and quitting, it only takes a few minutes and remains one of the fastest money farming methods in the game.
How to Farm Money with the Infinite Money Glitch?
Before starting, you’ll need to have accepted the End of the Rainbow side quest from The Holy Spirits during the Clan War questline.
- Follow Bagman through the cave without being detected.
- Once you reach the end of the cave, kill Bagman and pick up the key he drops.
- Open only one of the loot stashes.
- Do not continue the quest or open the exit.
- Instead, backtrack out of the cave and travel back to The Highlands.
- Return to The Holy Spirits. The quest should now show as Failed, which means the glitch has been set up correctly.
- Accept End of the Rainbow again and repeat the same steps until you reach the loot stash.
- When you return, the loot stash you previously opened will still be open, allowing you to interact with it repeatedly for unlimited money.
TIPS
- Only open one loot stash during the initial setup. Opening the others isn’t necessary.
- Do not open the exit after collecting the key, or you’ll complete the quest and the glitch won’t work.
- The glitch resets after you Save & Quit, so you’ll need to repeat the setup if you want to use it again.
- Once you’ve reached the money cap, consider farming Eridium or legendary gear instead, as additional cash can no longer be earned.

The Tinder Snowflake farm is one of the best legitimate ways to earn money in Borderlands 2. After defeating Tinder Snowflake, a Loot Train arrives filled with high-value gear that can be sold to vendors for a large amount of cash.
In addition to money, this farm is also an excellent source of Eridium, experience, and rare equipment, making it one of the most rewarding repeatable farms in the game.
How to Farm Tinder Snowflake?
Before starting this farm, you’ll need to complete the How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day DLC campaign. Once finished, Tinder Snowflake can be fought as many times as you like.
- Fast travel to Marcus’s Mercenary Shop.
- Make your way to Tinder Snowflake’s arena.
- Ring the bell to summon the boss.
- Defeat Tinder Snowflake.
- Open the Loot Train that arrives after the fight and collect all the gear.
- Sell the weapons, shields, and other equipment to nearby vending machines.
- Save and Quit, then reload your character to repeat the farm.
TIPS
- If you’re having trouble defeating Tinder Snowflake, you can safely attack him from the wooden-platform (ring the bells, run to the elevator, and jump up the rocks to the right).
