Start the Doctors Orders mission from Tannis in Sanctuary. Don’t complete the mission or pick up any Slag Experiment Notes. Follow Killer Six’s route to quickly get to the Loot Midgets. Kill them for a chance to get great loot. Save and quit, then keep farming the Loot Midgets for more loot!

To get easy loot in the How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day DLC, kill the Tinder Snowflake boss. A train will deliver loot after you defeat him. Keep farming Tinder Snowflake for more loot.

CAPTAIN SCARLETT’S TREASURE ROOM GLITCH
LEVIATHAN’S CHEST ROOM GLITCH
For this method, you’ll need to have the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty DLC, and get to The Leviathan.
Once you defeat The Leviathan, you get access to the chest room, but only once. By following these step you’ll be able to cross walls to access that chest room. This is difficult to master, but once you have it, it’s loads of loot guaranteed.
CRAWMERAX’S CHEST ROOM GLITCH
CRAWMERAX’S CHEST ROOM GLITCH
For this method, you’ll need the Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate’s Booty DLC and access to Crawmerax. Once you defeat Crawmerax, you’ll gain access to the chest room, but normally only once. However, by following these steps, you can bypass the walls and closed doors and repeatedly access that chest room.
