This Easter Egg is located on an island surrounded by a toxic swamp. On the island you’ll find an NPC from Dark Souls.

Located in Caustic Caverns, you’ll need to have completed chapter 9.

Caustic Caverns

The Caustic Caverns map is only available after chapter 9, once Sanctuary has taking-off. Caustic Caverns is accessible from Sanctuary Hole.

At Caustic Caverns, head to the right of the map. I recommend to have equipped a shield that is immune to corrive to cross the swamp. The island is located here:
