Antagonist Seraph Shield
The Antagonist is one of the rarest shields in Borderlands 2. If you want to know more about this shield, follow our guide.

What is The Antagonist?
The Antagonist is the seraph-grade shield in Borderlands 2 and it is only found in Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep DLC. The shield is made by Maliwan and it is quite effective in protecting you against various types of enemy attacks.
What the Antagonist does best is that it deflects enemies but increases the damage done to the nearby enemies, making it quite deadly. It is quite a versatile shield and is mostly useful against gun-wielding enemies. It also throws slag balls that get activated on the impact on most of the surfaces in the game. It also gives a buffed Slag effect in Ultimate Vault Hunter mode so, in that particular mode, you should use the Antagonist. In simple words, the Antagonist is best when it comes to slag enemies and it saves a lot of time for you to swap weapons while under attack.

The different elements possible for The Antagonist
The only element and effect that the antagonist has is Slag. The shield is quite useful when it comes to slagging the enemy and it wastes a lot of their time, making you ultimately save the time to either reload or swap a gun.
How to get The Antagonist?
Since the Antagonist is quite a rare shield, you can only get it from trading with the Seraph Vendor in Flamerock Refuge. Getting the Antagonist is the simplest task but it sure is worth it at the end of the day.
